Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-6 working days. Note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday following. If there are delays in delivery (without prior notice of a longer delivery time), please contact us at [email protected].

Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT to al EU countries. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing items on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the ordered item.

  • Utilizing your right of withdrawal:
    • You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.
    • You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return.
  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
    • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed by you.
    • Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
    • Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or with a clear personal touch according to your preferences.
    • Services that have been fully performed, and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
    • Goods that may quickly deteriorate, such as food.
    • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

  • How to proceed with a complaint:
    • Any defects and faults should be reported to [email protected], providing your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
    • If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
    • We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with consumer protection legislation. In complaints, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right to make typographical errors on this website and to sell out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as there may be a color difference depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

Patauger is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and, in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to customize marketing to your individual needs.

    • Personal information is all information that can be directly or indirectly related to a physical person.
  • What information do we store?
    • To manage your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
    • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as the Accounting Act.
  • Legal basis
    • In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you.

  • What information is shared and for what purpose?
    • Payment provider: When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved by the payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers we use are Klarna.
    • Shipping company: To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we collaborate with are Postnord.
    • Newsletter: If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is done to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use [provider name] for newsletter dispatch.
  • Right to access
    • You have the right to obtain an extract of all information about you from us. The extract is provided electronically in a readable format.
  • Right to rectification
    • You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
  • Right to be forgotten
    • You can at any time request that the information about you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it needs to be retained for us to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., according to the Accounting Act).
  • Data protection officer
    • Patauger is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.
  • How we protect your personal information
    • We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely.
    • We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB based in Helsingborg.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

Dispute and Choice of Law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company's customer service and the customer, you, as a customer, can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online through the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
